1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the he555 platform at https://he555.im, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the he555 platform. Continued use of he555 following any posted amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use he555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. he555 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local, national, or international law.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from he555 or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion programme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

he555 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending review.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one registered account on he555. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent suspension of all accounts associated with that individual and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering your he555 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Not use false identities, fictitious names, or the personal information of any other individual.
• Notify he555 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

he555 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for doing so.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your he555 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

he555 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via their registered Pakistani mobile number. This provides an additional layer of security against unauthorised access to your account and PKR balance.

he555 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — will be deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have previously notified he555 of a compromise in writing via the support channels available on the platform.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on he555 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). he555 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Debit/Credit Card, and USDT.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are credited to your he555 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. he555 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are processed by he555 following completion of any applicable identity verification (KYC) requirements. he555 targets prompt processing of withdrawal requests; actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of the chosen payment method.
• he555 reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including a copy of your Pakistani CNIC and proof of your registered mobile wallet or bank account — before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever operationally possible, as a fraud prevention measure.
• he555 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or chargeback a deposit fraudulently will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

he555 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, crash game promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as PSL, Eid, and other occasions relevant to Pakistani players.

All bonuses offered by he555 are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms at the time of claiming.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on he555 contribute equally — or at all — to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, crash games, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages. The eligible game list and contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period from the time of crediting. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the stated time limit will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, he555 bonuses are available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these terms.
• he555 Discretion: he555 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. he555 also reserves the right to withhold bonus credits or void bonus-derived winnings if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or any other form of bad faith conduct.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the he555 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games each operate under their own rule sets, which are accessible within each respective game or betting section of the platform.

General rules applicable across all he555 products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. he555 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except where a manifest error has occurred on the part of he555.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or platform interruption during a game round or bet settlement, he555 will use its server-side records to determine the outcome. he555's decision in such cases is final.
• he555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly displayed in error (manifest error), even after settlement has initially occurred.
• Maximum bet limits and win caps may apply to specific games, markets, or promotional periods. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• All gaming outcomes on he555 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) for virtual and slot products. Live casino outcomes are determined by physical game play conducted by trained human dealers operating under camera.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on he555 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account on he555.
• Using false, stolen, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with the he555 platform in a manner not intended for normal player use.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.

• Engaging in any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour directed at he555 support staff or other players.
• Accessing the he555 platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true location.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the he555 platform — including but not limited to the he555 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of he555 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the he555 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any he555 content without prior written authorisation from he555.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, he555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the he555 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical faults, server interruptions, or platform maintenance periods.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Any inaccuracies in odds, game results, or promotional information that result from a manifest technical error, subject to he555's right to correct such errors as described in these Terms.

he555's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their he555 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

he555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all player interactions on the platform. We recognise that for some players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

he555 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from the account settings dashboard:

12 Termination

he555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A player's account is associated with fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• he555 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.
• A player requests closure of their own account.

Upon termination of an account for breach, he555 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and any balances deemed to have been obtained through prohibited conduct. Balances representing genuine, verified deposits that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any required verification.

A player wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting he555 support via the live chat available on the platform dashboard. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which he555 holds its international gaming licence. By using the he555 platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the he555 internal complaints process.

he555 operates under an international gaming licence. While he555 makes its platform available to players in Pakistan, it is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of online gambling platforms complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. he555 makes no representation that access to the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of those where it operates under licence.
